Perched on the top of THE BOAT HOUSE deck, enjoy an exclusive candlelit dinner. This restaurant experience introduces you to our ni-Vanuatu-fusion signature style. Canapés and cocktails are served on the deck as the sun sets between the islands, followed by three wine-matched courses, our chefs guiding you through each detail as the evening progresses. Be wined and dined in an incredible part of the world.

A self-service BBQ to enjoy with friends and family under the nakamal as the water laps on the nearby shore. All that you need is provided, including ice buckets of drinks, a selection of locally-sourced meats and seasonal salads to enjoy at your leisure.

A spread of local cuisine to enjoy on the residence deck, featuring key traditional dishes prepared using a range of seasonal and foraged ingredients. A ‘cutlery optional’ occasion, leave your knife and fork to one side and eat the island way. Sip fresh coconut water straight from the shell, gather around and prepare for a shared ni-Vanuatu feast.
